If given a 96 hour advanced notice before one’s event date/time, a full refund can be issued.
Refund Policy day of, or less than 96 hours advance notice:
If you have purchased general admission ticket(s) for a specific day, and are not able to attend. Contact Museum Support within 72 hours (3 days) of your ticket date, and you will be rescheduled.
If you have purchased an on-the-water activity (Historic Bay Cruise, Swift Boat Naval History Tour, Tall Ship Adventure, San Salvador Sailing Adventure) and are not able to attend, contact Museum Support within 72 hours (3 days) of your ticket date, and you will be rescheduled.
If special event (Fourth of July Dinner or Parade of Lights Dinner), if not cancelled before 96 advance notice, please consider your ticket a donation to keep our historic fleet operating (catering and food is ordered ahead of time, and can not be returned).

One can also apply any ticket reservation towards a donation to the Maritime Museum of San Diego.
Schedule is subject to change. On the water events (Historic Bay Cruise, Swift Boat Naval History Tour, Tall Ship Adventure, San Salvador Sailing Adventure) may be postponed or canceled due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems, and safety concerns or for any reason determined by Maritime Museum of San Diego staff to be sufficient cause to cancel or postpone the event. Postponement or cancellations may occur anytime right up to departure. Scheduling may vary depending on weather. Full refund or reschedule will result in such cases.
