Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds.

If you have purchased general admission tickets for a specific day, and are not well, we ask that you please postpone your visit to the Maritime Museum. If you have pre-purchased your ticket online, we will still accept your ticket for a visit at a later date. Simply present proof of purchase to our ticket booth representatives at the Maritime Museum of San Diego upon arrival. Or, you may apply your reservation towards a donation to the Maritime Museum of San Diego and your generosity will be tax deductible.

If you have pre-purchased an on-the-water activity and not feeling well, please contact the Museum to reschedule. Schedule is subject to change. Water-based events may be postponed or canceled due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems, and safety concerns or for any reason determined by Maritime Museum of San Diego staff to be sufficient cause to cancel or postpone the event. Postponement or cancellations may occur anytime right up to departure. Scheduling may vary depending on weather. Should on-the-water activities be canceled, guests will receive a complete refund.

Should Maritime Museum of San Diego close and discontinue general admission, on-the-water activities and/or events because of policy mandated or recommended by civil authorities or public health authorities the Maritime Museum of San Diego will refund purchases and deposits.
