Refund & Rebooking Policy with 96 hours notice:
If you provide at least 96 hours notice before the event date/time, you are eligible for either a full refund or one rebooking. However, if the event has already been rebooked once, no refund or rebooking will be issued under any circumstances.
Refund Policy less than 96 hours advance notice:
No Refund or Re-Booking for; Historic Bay Cruise, Swift Boat Naval History Tour, Tall Ship Adventure, San Salvador Sailing Adventure, or any Special Event or Sailing (4th of July, Parade of Light, Cinco, Boarded, Etc).
General Admission, contact museum support within 72 hours (3 days) of your ticket date, and you will be rescheduled.

Schedule is subject to change. Events may be postponed or canceled due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems, and safety concerns or for any reason determined by Maritime Museum of San Diego staff to be sufficient cause to cancel or postpone. Postponement or cancellations may occur anytime right up to departure, or day of event. Full refund or reschedule will result in such cases.
One can also apply any ticket reservation towards a donation to the Maritime Museum of San Diego.
