The Maritime Museum of San Diego invites you to a one-day showcase of sustainable ocean technology. Guests will enjoy interactive demonstrations, hands-on learning experiences, and the chance to meet innovators shaping the next generation of marine exploration. Exhibits will highlight robotics, engineering, and data-driven tools used to study and sustain our waterways.
Highlights include:
- A grand showcase of technologies transforming how we use and protect our ocean resources.
- Exploration of emerging ocean technologies, including small-scale underwater robots and
ocean data tools that reveal how critical marine data is gathered and applied. - Presentations by student marine clubs, offering a glimpse into the next generation of

This family-friendly event takes place
Saturday, November 15, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and is
included with general admission. Demonstrations will be held aboard the
steam ferryboat Berkeley and on the aft barge area behind the Museum —
perfect for families, students, and ocean enthusiasts of all ages.
